A bit different, used newspaper for the flowers and background and distressed it for a different look.
Love this 'gorjuss' stamp and the sentiment from Crafty Urchins.

Forgot to attach the card!
Not something I enjoy doing but felt I needed to send a little note to a friend who has lost someone this week. The flower is made from newspaper and the sentiment stamped and distressed on newspaper too. Just a bit different

THis little stamp is called gor juss-sitting and was one of my purchases. The colour tones were copied from one I saw in crafty urchins yesterday although the card design is my own x

Hi
Another weekend of rugby gave me + mum the opportunity to visit Crafty Urchins for a spot of retail therapy and inspiration. For those that have not yet been I can recommend you visit, Sue is very helpful and makes beautiful cards.

Him indoors has been out all day so I thought I would have a little play with the Cricut and MS punch again.
What a day, been on my own for most of it but lots of interuptions! still, would rather be crafting than cleaning lol x

2011.02.16 - My Cards this week

Hi Folks
Thanks for dropping by, here we are again, another Wednesday night and I have just posted the picture for next week.
The weather man says its going to be cold and wet all weekend so get in yourcraft supplies and make some cards! here are the ones I made last weekend whilst him indoors watched the rugby.

The images were made using the All Our Yesterdays stamps from a visit to Crafty Urchins in Cheadle, my trusty Promarkers and a Martha Stewart punch around the page gives the pretty punched background matt.
I'm going through a 'distress ink' phase at the moment and just love to distress all the background papers.

Verify your email address and leave a message/comment to let us know what you think of our posts

Well its off to bed now for me, will try and check in again before next week but if life runs away with me as usual I will post next Wednesday.
Be careful out there - luv Nic x
